Sobre la educación (2)

Estos días hay un buen revuelo en nuestro país en torno a la nueva ley de educación que quiere aprobar el gobierno. Al estar cursando el CAP, uno está (o debería) un poco más atento a estas cosas, que le afectan como futuro docente, y también como ciudadano. O al menos como ciudadano responsable y con sentido cívico. Porque, aunque parezca que no, las decisiones que se toman arriba -incluso las más superfluas- nos acaban afectando a todos directa o indirectamente. No se cuando se enterarán de que la solucción a los problemas no pasa por pelearse por si hay o no religión en las escuelas, el currículo, etc. Eso es importante, quién lo duda, pero si nos olvidamos de que lo verdaderamente importante es EDUCAR, crear personas autónomas, con una serie de valores, que tenga capacidad para decidir qué quieren y qué no. Claro, eso no interesa a la clase política (ni tampoco a los que "mueven los hilos" de esas marionetas que tenemos por políticos). Es más facil manejar a un país de gente inculta que se deja llevar, que un país con gente que piensa, que se preocupa, que actua.
Empecemos por la base: la educación se sigue considerando como un gasto, cuando es la mejor inversión para nuestro futuro.
